I currently teach the three Introduction to Sewing classes at Darrell Thomas Textiles: 101-1 Tote Bag and Apron, 101-2 Pyjama Pants, and 101-3 Fitted Skirt.

Darrell Graham is the owner of this fabulous store in Ottawa, and he is a trained fashion designer (as are most of his staff).  Darrell’s classes are focused on garment sewing and on professional techniques used in industry. I’ve taken every single one of his classes and I would recommend them all! Below is a description of the three classes which I teach. For a complete list of all of the classes he offers, current schedule, availability and pricing, please visit his website.

I also provide one-on-one sewing lessons, usually conducted at your home. I can teach a variety of sewing techniques from beginner to advanced. Please contact me for more details.
